Work you’ll do

As the Sales Operations Coordinator, you will support the sales team in various administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations. This includes maintaining and updating CRM systems, managing client profiles, organizing sales-related events, and ensuring a sufficient supply of sales and marketing materials. 

The coordinator also plays a key role in managing various applications used by the sales team, assisting with reporting, and communicating with clients regarding overdue accounts and gifts. Additionally, the coordinator helps with managing partner relationships, updating the website, and coordinating internal meetings and external relationships. Overall, the Sales Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring effective communication and operations within the sales department.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the sales team by maintaining current, accurate CRM in Netsuite (SQL tracking, etc), create/update client profile documents, manage Zoom info, and manage events (sales-related, ITAD, special projects, etc) in a timely and efficient manner as needed
  • Maintain a sufficient supply of sales and marketing materials
  • Manage applications as the admin for HubSpot, Gong, Celigo, Crystal Reports, IBIS, Exclaimer, SalesLoft, Zoominfo, etc., and assist the sales team with reporting
  • Assist in communication and collections of overdue NetSuite accounts
  • Manage all client-related gifts (new client, holiday, thank you)
  • Update the website as needed with current team information
  • Communicate WinWires internally in a timely manner with grammatically correct and engaging content
  • Assist the Onboarding Team with assigned duties to get new hires up and running quickly and efficiently
  • Manage NetSuite Partner Deal registration and other APC activity updates in a timely and efficient manner
  • All NUG meeting administrative activities and coordination with internal/external relationships
  • Assist in development and proofing of all sales-related documents. This includes content as well as brand consistency.
  • Own the administrative side of our Solution Partner relationships including scheduling, demo coordination, commission tracking, etc. (5-7 partners drive majority of activity)
  • Manage SDN leads
  • Manage NetSuite Learning Portal
  • Assist with demo prep
  • Assist with radio interview prep

Qualifications: 

  • At least 3 years Sales Operations experience
  • At least 2 years Event Planning experience
  • Client relationship skills and likable personality 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills 
  • Ability to multi-task and provide excellent follow-up in a fast-paced, multiple account environment
